Product Development
Design & Development Stage
Designer Drafting**: Our designers create sketches based on the latest market trends. Fabric & Trims Selection**: We carefully source fabrics, buttons, zippers, and other materials from the market. Pattern Making & Sample Creation**: Pattern makers transform sketches into 3D paper patterns and produce the first sample garment. Modification & Finalization**: Multiple fittings and adjustments ensure the perfect fit and style. High-end brands often revise designs more than 10 times!*
Production Preparation Stage
Fabric Pre-Shrinking Treatment: Washing or steaming fabrics to prevent shrinkage in the finished product. Layout & Cutting: Using CAD systems for intelligent fabric layout, and laser cutting machines for precise cutting. Sorting & Packaging: Cut fabric pieces are sorted and prepared for the assembly line.

Assembly Line Work: Over 20 specialized steps including stitching, sleeve attachment, and edge locking. Special Techniques: Printing, embroidery, washing, and distressing effects add unique details. In-Process Quality Checks: QC teams inspect every stage to ensure high quality.
Post-processing Stage
Pressing and Finishing: High-temperature steam ensures garments are smooth and wrinkle-free Final Inspection and Quality Control: Checking for loose threads, stains, and dimensional discrepancies Labeling and Packaging: Attaching labels, placing in dust-proof bags, and packing into boxes
The Final Line of Defense Before Shipment Random Sampling and Testing: Some items must pass third-party quality inspections (must comply with GB18401 national standards) Packing and Shipping: Ship to brand partners or e-commerce warehouses according to orders
